서비스 이용약관

1. 목적 Purpose

본 약관은 (주)쓰리더블유(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 workB 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 사용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 3W Co., Ltd. ("Company") and users of the workB service ("Service").

2. 서비스 개요 Service Description

workB는 소규모 팀을 위한 프로젝트 관리 플랫폼으로, 아래의 기능을 제공합니다.

• 팀 채팅 및 메시징
• 프로젝트 및 업무 관리
• 출퇴근 및 근태 관리
• Google Calendar 연동을 통한 일정 관리
• Google Meet 연동을 통한 화상 회의

workB is a project management platform for small teams, offering team chat, task management, attendance tracking, Google Calendar integration, and Google Meet integration.

3. 이용 계약 Agreement

• 서비스 가입 시 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
• 만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
• 사용자는 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 허위 정보 제공 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

By signing up, you agree to these Terms. Users must be at least 14 years old and must provide accurate information. Providing false information may result in restricted access.

4. 사용자 의무 User Obligations

사용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록하는 행위
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 다른 사용자의 개인정보를 무단으로 수집하는 행위
• 불법적이거나 부당한 목적으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위
• 자동화된 수단을 이용하여 서비스에 무단 접근하는 행위

Users must not impersonate others, disrupt service operations, collect other users' data without authorization, use the Service for illegal purposes, or access the Service through unauthorized automated means.

5. 서비스 제공 및 변경 Service Availability

• 회사는 연중무휴 24시간 서비스를 제공하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
• 시스템 점검, 장애 발생 등 불가피한 경우 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
• 회사는 서비스의 기능을 추가, 변경, 또는 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 사전 공지합니다.

We aim to provide the Service 24/7 but may temporarily suspend it for maintenance or due to unforeseen issues. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with prior notice for significant changes.

6. 지적재산권 Intellectual Property

• 서비스에 포함된 디자인, 소프트웨어, 콘텐츠에 대한 지적재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
• 사용자가 서비스 내에 작성한 콘텐츠의 소유권은 해당 사용자에게 있습니다.

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Company. Content created by users within the Service remains the property of the respective user.

7. 계정 해지 Account Termination

• 사용자는 언제든지 서비스 내 설정에서 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있습니다.
• 회사는 사용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우 사전 통보 후 계정을 정지하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 탈퇴 시 사용자의 개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

You may delete your account at any time through your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after prior notice. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy upon termination.

8. 면책 조항 Disclaimer

• 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중단 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 사용자의 귀책 사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 무료로 제공되는 서비스에 대해서는 별도의 보증을 하지 않습니다.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or user negligence. Free services are provided "as is" without warranty.

9. 준거법 및 관할 Governing Law

• 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.
• 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
